1. Definitions

• "Anchorwise", "we", "us", "our" — the business entity operating as Anchorwise, with offices at 128 Thepkrasattri Road, Ratsada, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
• "User", "you", "your" — any person who accesses this website or engages Anchorwise for Services.
• "Services" — document organisation sessions, archive system setups, and educational orientation workshops offered by Anchorwise.
• "Content" — all text, images, templates, resource materials, and information published on this website or provided during sessions.
• "Agreement" — these Terms together with any booking confirmation or service agreement between Anchorwise and a User.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our Services. By booking a session or submitting a contact form, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

If you are accessing our Services on behalf of another person (e.g. to organise documents for a family member), you confirm that you have the authority to act on their behalf and to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

3. Service Description and Scope

Anchorwise provides the following Services:

• Record-Keeping Starter Session (฿3,500) — a single, one-to-one document organisation session.
• Personal Archive System (฿12,800) — a structured archive template with setup walkthrough and 30-day follow-up session.
• Extended Orientation Workshop (฿29,700) — a multi-session educational programme covering the landscape of retirement documentation.

Important scope limitation: All Services are administrative and educational in nature. Anchorwise does not provide financial advice, legal advice, or regulated services of any kind. We do not assess individual entitlements, make recommendations about retirement funds, or represent clients before any authority. Nothing communicated during a session constitutes regulated advice. Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for financial and legal matters.

Services are primarily delivered in person at our Phuket office. Remote delivery via video call is available on request and subject to mutual agreement. Services are available to individuals residing in or visiting Thailand; we do not currently offer sessions in other locations.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting contact forms or booking sessions.
• Arrive at sessions at the agreed time, or notify us with reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
• Bring to sessions only documents that you are lawfully entitled to share and discuss.
• Not use our website or Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to extract, copy, or reproduce our template materials, resource packs, or other proprietary content for commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if a user's conduct makes it unreasonable to continue.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, and all materials provided during sessions (archive templates, resource packs, glossaries) are the intellectual property of Anchorwise unless otherwise stated.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use session materials (templates, printed resources) for your own personal retirement document organisation purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or resell these materials.

Website content may not be reproduced or adapted without prior written consent from Anchorwise.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:

• Record-Keeping Starter Session: ฿3,500
• Personal Archive System: ฿12,800
• Extended Orientation Workshop: ฿29,700

Payment is due in full prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash. Full payment details are provided at booking confirmation.

Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will be refunded in full. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable, unless made due to illness or emergency, at our discretion. Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge with more than 24 hours' notice.

We reserve the right to update fees. Any price changes will apply only to bookings made after the change is published on this website.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" basis for administrative and educational purposes only. We make no representations that our Services will meet your specific individual needs or produce particular outcomes in relation to your retirement affairs.

No professional advice: Nothing in our Sessions, on this website, or in any written materials constitutes financial, legal, or regulated advice. We do not hold any financial services licence or legal authorisation. Any actions you take based on information provided during our Sessions are taken at your own discretion and responsibility.

We do not warrant that this website will be available at all times or free from errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website or Services without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anchorwise's total liability in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Service.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of our website or Services, including loss arising from decisions made on the basis of information provided during sessions.

We are not liable for any loss arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or communications failures.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anchorwise and its team members harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our Services, or any claims by third parties arising from your actions in relation to information provided during our sessions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a Service engagement at any time by written notice. If Anchorwise terminates a booking without cause before the session takes place, a full refund will be issued. If a user terminates, the cancellation policy in Section 6 applies.

Anchorwise reserves the right to terminate access to this website or refuse Services to any user who breaches these Terms or behaves in a manner that is disruptive or harmful.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise in your jurisdiction of residence.

12. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anchorwise regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure by Anchorwise to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity.
• Notices: Notices to Anchorwise should be sent to [email protected] or to the postal address below.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
